 this week we are learning about animals i have chosen to learn about monkeys. this is my sign language try and guess what i am saying.

Fractions

 we are learning about fractions and the meaning of them 

My Maori god

 Kia ora everyone this week we have been learning about Maori gods.

One of our tasks this week was to create our own god. What I found easy was thinking of what to make my of the god of. I found it hard to get the Maori words spelt right.

100 word challenge

this is from literacy bingo we had to put in 3 words those words word pig,Fiji, chocolate cake. The hardest part world's when I got to 99 words and I didn't know what to put at the end. your favourite part was making it about Pep pa Pig

my book 

We have being learning to use book creator. First we created a made up animal out of three animals and we took a screen shot of our animal. With the photo we pasted it on our book and wrote a book and decorated it. The thing i did not like the most is that we had to make up all the information about our animal. i liked decorating my book the most it was lots of fun. my next step learning is to explain difficult words.

 This week it is book character week and today on Friday we dressed up as book characters try and guess who I am. 

newspaper article

after we got back from camp we wrote newspaper articles about the Brunner mine explosion. first we had to do some research about who what where when how. after we had finished doing our research we done a draught after we finished our Draught  we got to writing you had to write paragraph by paragraph explaining what happened here is my newspaper article
